Rope Climb

Climb rope until tape line is touched by one hand
Drag Rope Double Unders

The rope must pass under the feet twice per jump
Shoulder to Overhead

The rep starts with the bar in the front rack. 
Any style of shoulder to overhead is allowed as long as the barbell is in line with the middle of the body when viewed from profile with the knees, hips, and arms at extension with the feet in line.
Ring Muscle Up

Athlete must pass from a hanging position with arms extended into a support position with elbows extended
